Meet Our Team

Janice Griffin is a first-year Camden Community Action Team (CCAT) member. She is also currently a senior at Camden County High School. Janice is an honor student who has sustained A-honor roll throughout high school, she is also an athletic trainer for CCHS. She contributes a great deal to the football team and is highly appreciated. In her free time she enjoys singing and reading which allows her to stand out in an artistic way.

Not only has Janice shown herself prominent academically and socially, but she has also contributed tremendously to the CCAT program in such a short amount of time. Janice strives to treat everyone with respect while she continues to challenge herself to do new things every day; this quality is significant to the CCAT program since we are always finding new ways to promote healthy living.

Lanaya Holmes, a first-year member of Camden Community Action Team, is currently a senior at Camden County High School. This AP/Honor student exceeds in everything she does in school and out of school. She is always pushing herself to try new things and make new experiences. Lanaya is part of several different groups; including FBLA, Yelp, Connections Club, and Paxen. In her free time she enjoys engaging in music, reading, and drawing thus making her a wonderful attribute to the 2016-2017 CCAT team.

Layaya’s goal this year is to do everything to the best of her ability while showing growth and development in everything she does. She has noticed her capability to be able to change the social norms in her peer groups at Camden County High School. Lanaya hopes to make a difference by helping others understand the effects and risks that alcohol and drug abuse can bring.

Ayrica Furguson, a second-year member of Camden Community Action Team, is currently a senior at Camden County High School.
